My initial interest in Reflexology followed first-hand experience of it's value to help navigate some tricky times in my life, where I needed breathing space.

Times where life felt particularly unforgiving and powering-on-through really wasn't helping.

Reflexology calmed my nervous system, reduced my level of anxiety and relaxed my tension. My racing mind slowed to help me sleep, and I felt more energised. I have continued with regular treatments wherever possible ever since.

My working background has always been to help people.

As well as reflexology, I have worked for many years employed by charities to provide rehabilitation training to adults and young people experiencing life-impacting visual impairment. This 121 specialist training helps people move on in their lives after sight loss, re-learning tasks we often do without a thought, such as traveling independently, daily-living tasks and using technology.

I have learnt over the years how important nature is in my life and for my well-being. I enjoy spending almost all of my spare time outdoors, in my garden or allotment, growing vegetables and providing wildlife friendly spaces.

Hiking, cycling, dancing and travel are also a joy whenever I get the opportunity!

I have lived in the beautiful town of Stamford for 10 years with my husband Alex, and am fortunate to live in a space surrounded by trees and birdlife.
