A gentle, hands‑on-feet treatment that encourages a state of deep relaxation, helping the body move towards optimal health and a more balanced mindset. The organs and systems of the body are stimulated and the nervous system is calmed, so life feels lighter. 

 

1-2-1 Breathwork Coaching

Personalised coaching can assess your current breathing pattern and advise you how to breathe optimally for your needs, whether to improve an aspect of health, emotional wellbeing, resilience or performance.

Targeted techniques give YOU the skills to regulate your nervous system and take control, to know how to calm, energise and how to lift yourself. We can also find a technique that works to release muscular tension, to create confidence, to be more present in the moment and to help in high‑pressured situations. 

 

Both services are natural and non-invasive, enabling the body and mind to stop ‘doing’ for a whileThey provide BREATHING SPACE.
