So why exactly would I need help to breathe!?
I think it is fair to say, that on the whole - how we breathe is taken for granted and is seen as one thing we really don't need to think about in our lives.
But for anyone who wishes to improve their health and longevity, their mental health and resilience to difficulties; or anyone feeling the effects of stress and tension in their body or life - then it really is worth learning a thing or two about.
The benefits of breathwork are quite amazing, and I am convinced that if Big-Pharma could turn breathwork into a pill, then they would in a flash!
